Orders
Review the product prices, availability and final order total shown in Shopify checkout before placing your order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfill the order and contact you when needed.
Product pages and bottle labels provide ingredient and storage information. For Island Habanero, the shelf life is two years unopened. Shake well and refrigerate after opening.
Shipping and order help
We currently ship to California addresses only. Orders ship within 48 hours. This is our dispatch time; carrier delivery time is separate.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with information about the delay and the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with an item missing, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help with a refund or replacement.

Wholesale inquiries
A wholesale inquiry requests information about carrying our products. It does not place an order. Any wholesale order and its commercial terms are arranged separately with us.
Stockist and other outside links
Find Locally identifies current or upcoming partners using the status shown on that page. Check availability with a stockist before visiting. Outside websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Privacy and Shopify services
Lovable hosts our website frontend; Shopify hosts checkout and provides our commerce system. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. We share shopping and purchase information with Shopify, which combines it with interactions with other merchants and with Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization, analytics and advertising. Shopify and our service providers may process this information in other countries.
Our Privacy Policy explains these practices and the separate Google Analytics choices. Declining Google Analytics on our website does not opt you out of Shopify data sharing. Use Shopify data-sharing choices for this store, and see Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal for more information.
